Refund Policy

Here at Daisy Cakes, we want more than anything for you to love your cakes and your experience with us! If you are not satisfied, please call us at 864-595-7440 or email us at info@ilovedaisycakes.com. We will try our very best to make you happy.

Like opinions, tastes differ. We are very sorry if you were expecting a less sweet cake or a cake that looked differently than the one you received. Also, we ask that our customers not expect our cakes to meet expectations based upon prior experiences with the same cake flavor baked by a separate party. We do not send replacement cakes or issue refunds in these cases.

We want you, our customers, to tell your friends, family and co-workers about how much you love Daisy Cakes. If you should feel otherwise, please tell us so that we can take care of you. Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 9 to 4:30 Eastern. Please call us at 864-595-7440.

Refunds are not given for:

Wrong address provided at checkout
Acts of God
Problems not related to or caused by Daisy Cakes
Not following handling and thawing instructions
A cake sent to someone who is out of town
Arrival time on day of delivery (UPS has until 11pm to deliver)
